NOMINEE SPOTLIGHT:

Paul Michael Miceli with Vanguard Realty Brokerage Corp has been nominated for the Industrial Broker of the Year Award!

Paul has completed 138 transactions to date and under his direct leadership as CEO of Vanguard Realty, Paul has successfully led the brokerage to fast expansion, including increased growth of sales, new development projects and even franchising of his own company. His involvement in any business transaction ensures superior service dedicated to ensure client satisfaction regardless of complexity or size of the assignment.

Over the years Paul has contributed greatly to his community through numerous generous donations. Some of these donations include: Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre Hospital, Mackenzie Health Foundation, Sick Kids Foundation and other local charities. In addition to these, he has also taken a personal interest in sponsoring a variety of local sports teams within his community.

Frequently, Paul mentors new agents and educates them on successful selling, leasing and marketing of properties.
